Sox swept

I have to admit I would never would have expected this one -- three games and out for the Red Sox in the American League Division Series.
This sure seems to be the season for late inning/last inning heroics and flubs. The Yankees won a game that way, so did the Dodgers, and now the Angels. Makes me wonder what's in store for the Phillies/Rockies (besides the absurdity of playing baseball in football weather).
*Update*
And not so surprisingly the Yankees sent the Twins packing in a three game sweep. Yankees/Angels ALCS begins later this week.
OK Yankees fans -- please gloat nicely.

Actually, "they" is me, and yes, I would have written the same thing if the results were the opposite.
I view sports rivalries as fun things to enjoy and tease others about, but not to the level of being snotty or vitriolic.

Guess you forgot all the players who were juicing when they were WITH the sox... Arod was NOT with the Yankees...
Of course the Yankees had their share but not as many as the sox...

well, all through the parade i was checking my phone for the score update...( if i was closer to the weather lab, i would of asked gil for the updates) but now, as us venerable Boston Red Sox fans are a battle tested lot... we look to the angles and dodgers to give ny yankee fans, players, and owner alike... aneurysms!!!
