Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. It's very colorful and lovely OLED screen is slightly smaller than the touch screen, but the player itself feels quite a bit smaller and lighter. It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker.

In response to: Do Sudden Weather Changes Make You Sick?
Coral [Visitor]
Well, as of now, I am suffering from this thing.
I'm a good example, seeing as I actually endure this every season. I don't have asthma, I'm 14, my immune system is completely functunal.
Every change from season to season, I get so sick that I have to take a week off from school/misc. and lye on the couch.
Sometimes I throw up, I have sniffles, loss of appetite, cough, sneezing, drowsyness.
Those are generally season oriented. Like when it suddenly gets colder, I don't vomit but I'm not able to breathe through my stuffy nose.
Just recently a new symptom appeared, muscle weakness.
It's hard to stand up and bite down on things.
Only happens with rapid season changes.
Coinsidence? I think not.

I agree not everybody is ripping off the government, some do really need the help .On the otherhand it just makes me want to say WTF when I see how many I know who are personally doing it. My husband lost his job and I have supported us for a year and a half now and have watched them lie and get more asstiance than I make in 3 weeks. But they won't work ,they can't pass a drug test and they eat much better than my family. While we eat peanut butter and jelly they eat steak and drink beer and wake up at noon. It's not fair that Im changin my flat tire to go to work and they sit in nail salons and wont lift a finger to work. There has to be some fair checks and balances some where

So sad when people think that only the "worthy" in society get to eat the finest cuts of meat.I've worked in a social services agency for 13 years and know first hand that not all of the "unworthy" people use the system incorrectly. It is the inequities of our society and attitudes of people that establish who should be able to eat the finest cuts of meat.I'm not paid a high salary for the work that I do and cannot afford the finest cuts of meat but unlike you do not whine and point fingers at food stamp recipients that buy them. Tsk, tsk, we're Americans now.

I too have seen people buy sugar laden cereals, soda, and cookies. I have also seen them buy canned goods high in salt along with garbage TV dinners. I have also seen people buy the finest cuts of beef and seafood. What would I buy if I had food stamps? Irish oatmeal, milk, bread, fruit and vegetables from the farmer's
market, barley, lentils. bagged beans, chicken, beef. fish, chops, mineral water, tea. I am certain that that grocery list would anger those who think I should have nothing but gruel. Damned if you buy crap, damned if you boy upscale food with the food stamps.

Howdy, insightful piece of writing. Are there any existing authority web-sites concerning beauty professionals or perhaps beauty salon solutions and products for the reason that i often dedicate my very existence exploring and find myself upon specific niche market blog web pages. Your actual webpage is relevant in my opinion and I'll naturally bookmark your website. Apologies for being off subject matter, maybe We're just a little exasperated.

I was born in Chicago in the 1960s, so I learned at an young age to respect and despise the Yankees. As I have aged the respect continues and I have outgrown the youthful anger over yankees continuously besting “my’ White Sox. My comment is about the championship tee shirts — who decision to buy generic “gray†tee shirts to cover the Yankee pinstripes. The tee shirts made the team look ordinary like fans at a flag football game, and covering the Yankee stripes in this moment of triumph was to me an act of sacrilege.

State court judges medical privilege, overstepping. A veteran's observation.
How can state court judges arbitrarily award as alimony a portion of a veteran’s disability rated compensation, and waive away, by reviewing the disability rights of veteran whose disability rating that maybe determined and factored in as critical? Judgment as if all disabilities are exactly the same? State court judges are overstepping those whose authority it belongs, in the practice of medicine, reevaluation, and rehabilitation of the veteran. And in doing so, the law is quite clear, along with violating the canons of standard conduct for judges, violating “Authority for schedule for rating disabilities.” 38 USC 1155, "..., in no event shall such a readjustment in the rating schedule cause a veteran's disability rating in effect on the effective date of the readjustment to be reduced unless an improvement in the veteran's disability is shown to have occurred.” Violating as well, 38 USC 5301, 42 USC 1408.
I now wondered, if state court judges are allowed to take away a veteran’s disability compensation without a medical license, or medical knowledge, how does the Board of Veterans Appeals, who are continually faced with determining a veteran’s disability compensation, or other medical claim, adjudicate these medical questions?

§ 20.101 Rule 101. Jurisdiction of the Board.
“b Appellate jurisdiction of determinations of the Veterans Health Administration. The Board's appellate jurisdiction extends to questions of eligibility for hospitalization, outpatient treatment, and nursing home and domiciliary care; for devices such as prostheses, canes, wheelchairs, back braces, orthopedic shoes, and similar appliances; and for other benefits administered by the Veterans Health Administration. Medical determinations, such as determinations of the need for and appropriateness of specific types of medical care and treatment for an individual, are not adjudicative matters and are beyond the Board's jurisdiction. Typical examples of these issues are whether a particular drug should be prescribed, whether a specific type of physiotherapy should be ordered, and similar judgmental treatment decisions with which an attending physician may be faced.”

When, in the judgment of the Board, additional medical opinion is warranted by the medical complexity or controversy involved in an appeal, the Board may obtain an advisory medical opinion from one or more medical experts who are not employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Opinions will be secured, as requested by the Chairman of the Board, from recognized medical schools, universities, clinics, or medical institutions with which arrangements for such opinions have been made by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. State court judges in awarding a veterans’ VA disability compensation as a ‘divisible asset’ in a divorce, these disability medical questions or issues are beyond his state court jurisdiction, are warranted, and required to obtain advisory medical opinion from medical experts, as required by the BVA, as well as in other civil litigation. These illegal rulings, by description, these judges can only be described as, 1. An absolute ruler 2. A ruler who governs oppressively or brutally 3. One who uses authority or power harshly. The Merriam-Webster definition of a “tyrant”.
