Credit Where Credit Is Due
I've never had the opportunity to audit the City of Bridgeport's books, but it seems to me the economic downturn hit the Park City long before the financial crisis started sweeping the rest of the country. That's one of the reasons I am a little surprised the city's union workers were willing to make concessions.
